Tufnell Park is a cheerful, thriving primary school, very much at the heart of the community we have served for over 80 years.

We are a two form entry school – in September 2019 we moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art building to match our high aspirations, with additional dedicated teaching facilities, including a teaching kitchen, a music/dance studio and SEN suite with sensory room. We also have extensive outdoor play spaces, including a floodlit astroturf sports pitch.

We are in the process of developing our play spaces to maximise use of the natural environment – we have many trees, plants and natural spaces onsite, including a beautiful community garden and pond. We are very excited about the opportunities this new site presents to us.

How we use the Pupil Premium

The pupil premium is money given to schools to close the gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers. We are responsible for using the funds effectively to help these children do better at school than they might otherwise.
